Ainconsult review: investigation and client feedback on US business immigration
How we researched this: We checked the Lithuanian business registry (Registru centras), WHOIS and RDAP records for ainconsult.com, public business databases (OpenCorporates, Okredo), review platforms (Trustpilot, Google, BBB), ProBusiness.io and Myfin.by archives, World Bank "Doing Business" report archives from 2007 onward, and anti-scam databases including baxov.net, scamadviser.com, and moshennik.eu. All facts are linked to their sources. This review reflects data available as of February 2026.

Who is Ainconsult and what do they do

Legal entity: UAB AINconsult

Registration code: 305604737 (Lithuania)

Registered: August 18, 2020

Claimed founding: 1997 (their marketing says "28 years of experience")

Services: US business visas (L-1A/L-1B, E-2, E-1, H-1B, EB-5), EU residency and citizenship programs (Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Cyprus), international business consulting, company formation

Marketing address: Minties g. 50-30, LT-09220 Vilnius, Lithuania

Registry address: Lvivo g. 21A, LT-09309 Vilnius (different from above)

Website: ainconsult.com (domain first registered November 3, 2019)

Key people: Vladimir Nemov (director), Antonina Ivanova (partner, international lawyer)

Authorized capital: 2,500 EUR. Reported staff: 2.

Core conflict: Ainconsult markets 28 years of experience dating to 1997. The legal entity UAB AINconsult was registered in August 2020. The domain ainconsult.com appeared in November 2019. The founders may hold personal experience going back further, but the company as a legal structure is roughly 4 years old. That gap matters before you send $9,000.

Ainconsult risk analysis: 5 things to know before you pay

Area Risk What we found What to do
Price high Third-party sources list L-1 consulting at ~$8,960 and E-2 at ~$8,970. The official ainconsult.com shows no price list at all. Government filing fees ($205 to $3,335 depending on visa type) are separate and on top. Request a written cost breakdown before committing. Get government fees and consulting fees itemized separately. Compare with at least two other firms before signing.
Contract high No public contract template, no sample agreement, and no terms of service were found on ainconsult.com as of February 2026. You're going in blind until they provide a written document. Do not pay anything before reading the full service contract. Check what the firm owes you if USCIS denies your petition. If there's no refund clause, push for one or find another firm.
Timelines medium Client feedback via third-party platforms notes lengthy document preparation, which the firm frames as thoroughness. No guaranteed processing timelines are published anywhere. L-1 and E-2 cases typically take 3 to 7 months through USCIS standard processing. Premium processing costs extra but can shorten that to 15 business days. Get your expected timeline in writing, inside the contract.
Credentials high No US Bar Association license confirmed for any staff member. The site claims 28 years of experience for a company registered in 2020. Fake Canadian office listings and Lorem ipsum on a live professional site add to the picture. Ask for the full name and bar number of the licensed US attorney handling your USCIS filing. Verify that number at americanbar.org before you pay a dollar. No number means no accountability.
Refunds high No refund policy exists on the website. There is no published statement on what happens financially if USCIS denies your case. "Experience is the guarantee of success" is a marketing slogan, not a legal commitment. Negotiate refund terms before signing anything. A trustworthy firm includes denial scenarios in its contract. If they won't put it in writing, consider that your answer.

Ainconsult: red flags and green lights

✅ Registered EU legal entity. UAB AINconsult (code 305604737) is an active company in Lithuania, an EU member state with working business regulation and public registries you can check yourself.
✅ Antonina Ivanova is a verifiable professional. Her Master's in Law from the University of Manchester is confirmed. She's been cited as an immigration specialist in business media (ProBusiness.io, August 2024). That's a real, checkable credential.
✅ No fraud complaints on record. As of February 2026, no client fraud complaints, court filings, or anti-scam database listings were found for Ainconsult or UAB AINconsult. That's not nothing.
✅ World Bank contributor history. Both founders contributed to World Bank "Doing Business" reports starting from 2007, which shows a real track record in international legal and business consulting before the current company existed.
⚠️ Address discrepancy. The address on their website (Minties g. 50-30) differs from the address in the Lithuanian business registry (Lvivo g. 21A). One of them is wrong. Both are residential buildings, which is typical for virtual office registrations.
⚠️ Reported annual revenue below 10,000 EUR. The Lithuanian entity's official financial data shows under 10,000 EUR in annual turnover with two employees. That doesn't match a firm handling dozens of $9,000 visa cases per year. Main financial flows may run through other structures.
⚠️ Unrelated business lines. The same legal entity is registered as a distributor of antibiotic detection tests for dairy (Neotest brand). Immigration consulting and milk testing don't normally share a corporate structure. It's not disqualifying, but it's worth knowing.
⚠️ No social media presence at all. No LinkedIn company page, no Facebook, no Twitter/X, no YouTube, no Instagram. A firm claiming to serve international business clients since 1997 has left no digital footprint across any major platform.
❌ Fake Canadian office listings. The website footer shows offices in Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto with the phone number "+1 12345 67890" and email addresses like [email protected]. These are template placeholders. Those Canadian offices do not exist.
❌ Lorem ipsum on a live professional website. The "Awards & Recognitions" and "Practice Areas" sections of ainconsult.com contain Latin placeholder text. A firm charging $9,000 for visa services has not finished its own website.
❌ 28-year experience claim doesn't match registration dates. The company says it has operated since 1997. UAB AINconsult was registered August 2020. The domain first appeared November 2019. The founders may have personal experience going back further, but marketing a 4-year-old company as 28 years old misleads clients.
❌ "Guarantee of success" language. The slogan "Experience is the guarantee of success" appears prominently on the site. In US immigration law, no consultant can legally guarantee visa approval. USCIS and US consulates make the final decision, always.
❌ Zero independent client reviews. Despite claiming "hundreds of successful cases," Ainconsult has no reviews on Trustpilot, Google, BBB, or any immigration forum. For a firm that's been actively working since 2020 at $9,000 per case, the complete absence of client feedback is hard to explain away.

What to check before paying Ainconsult

Frequently asked questions about Ainconsult

Is Ainconsult a legitimate company?

It exists as a real legal entity: UAB AINconsult, registered in Lithuania since August 2020. But "legitimate" covers a lot of ground. The company is real. The website lists fake Canadian offices with placeholder contact details, contains Lorem ipsum text in live sections, and markets a 28-year history for a 4-year-old legal entity. Whether that crosses into fraud depends entirely on what they put in your contract.

How much does Ainconsult charge for an L-1 or E-2 visa?

Third-party sources report approximately $8,960 for L-1 consulting and $8,970 for E-2, with separate government filing fees ranging from $205 to $3,335 depending on visa category and processing speed. The official ainconsult.com website publishes no pricing. Request a written cost breakdown before proceeding, and make sure government fees are itemized separately from the consulting fee.

Does Ainconsult guarantee visa approval?

The website uses the slogan "Experience is the guarantee of success." In US immigration, no attorney or consultant can legally guarantee approval. USCIS and US consulates make the final decision on every case. If a firm puts a visa approval guarantee in writing, that should concern you, not reassure you.

Does Ainconsult have a licensed US immigration attorney on staff?

No US Bar Association license was confirmed for any Ainconsult staff member through public bar directories as of February 2026. This is the single most important question to ask before engaging any firm for US visa work. Whoever prepares and submits your USCIS petition must hold a valid US bar number. Ask for it, then check it at americanbar.org.

Why does Ainconsult's website list fake Canadian offices?

The footer of ainconsult.com shows Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto office locations with the phone number "+1 12345 67890" and email addresses like [email protected]. These are website template placeholders that were never filled in with real data. The simplest explanation is that the site was built from a theme and those sections were left as-is. The least generous explanation is that they were left there intentionally to suggest a larger operation. Either way, those offices don't exist.

Why are there no reviews of Ainconsult on Trustpilot or Google?

As of February 2026, Ainconsult has no reviews on Trustpilot, Google, BBB, or any immigration forum. The company has been operating since at least 2020, reportedly handling visa cases at $8,000 to $9,000 each. That's a meaningful number of transactions over four years. The absence of even one public review is statistically unusual. It's worth thinking about before you become their first.

Expert verdict

I've been in the US immigration business since 2011. I've seen a lot of consulting firms, and I can tell you what the honest ones look like: they publish their prices, they put their attorneys' bar numbers on the website, and they don't claim three Canadian offices they don't have. Ainconsult doesn't do any of those things.

What I can say in their favor: Antonina Ivanova has a real, checkable resume. The World Bank contributor history is a genuine professional signal. And the absence of fraud complaints in public records matters. Some firms in this space have left a trail of burned clients. Ainconsult hasn't, at least not visibly.

But here's what concerns me. A live website asking $9,000 per case that still has "Lorem ipsum" in its Awards section. That's not a minor detail. That's a firm that either doesn't care how it looks to clients, or hasn't had enough client scrutiny to feel the need to fix it. Both interpretations are worth sitting with.

The 28-year experience claim is the one I find hardest to explain charitably. The founders may well have 28 years of personal experience. But the company was registered in 2020. The domain went up in 2019. Marketing that as "28 years of company history" is a choice, and it's a misleading one. The people who don't dig into registry records (which is most people) will believe it. That's exactly the point.

My recommendation: if Ainconsult's services genuinely fit your situation, get the contract first. Read every line about what happens if your case gets denied. Find the name of their US-licensed attorney and check the bar number. Pay only against a proper invoice to the Lithuanian legal entity. If they won't provide those things, that's not a negotiating tactic. That's your answer.

Don't get burned

A firm with no published pricing, no refund policy, fake offices in three Canadian cities, and zero independent client reviews deserves scrutiny before it gets your money. Read what real clients have to say first.
